Single Session: 60-minute virtual coaching session. Investment: $110
6-Session Package: (6) 60-minute coaching sessions. Investment: $590 (save $70). Payment plan available upon request.
12-Session Package: (12) 60-minute coaching sessions. Investment: $1,170 (save $150). Payment plan available upon request.

Your body holds information that your mind alone can't access - this work helps you listen to that wisdom.

Sessions are 60 minutes and we meet over Zoom. While every session is unique and responsive to what you bring, there's a gentle structure that provides safety and predictability. We always begin with a check-in and arrival practice so you can settle in. The middle portion is where we explore together - this might involve movement, breathwork, visualizations, or simply noticing what's happening in your body, depending entirely on what feels right for you in that moment. We always end with integration time to help you process what emerged. You're in control throughout, and we move at your pace.

Somatic coaching is not therapy, but it can absolutely help you with emotional experiences. While therapy often focuses on healing past wounds and treating mental health conditions, coaching supports you in reconnecting with yourself and building capacity for your current life.
If you're wondering whether you need therapy instead - you might benefit from therapy if you're dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns that need clinical treatment. Many of my clients do both coaching and therapy, and they work beautifully together.
This work complements any therapy or medical care you're receiving. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but I can support you in building resilience and staying connected to yourself. For complete details about my scope of practice, see below.
