Hi, I’m Tami.

I understand what it feels like to be disconnected from yourself. I've navigated major life changes, profound loss, and continue to live with chronic pain and anxiety. For years, I tried to figure everything out with my mind alone, but something always felt incomplete.

When I discovered somatic work, it opened up new possibilities I hadn't known existed. My practice is ongoing— how to reconnect with my body's wisdom, how to trust what I feel, and how to stay connected to myself even when life gets overwhelming is a practice I return to again and again.

This personal journey is why I'm so passionate about creating spaces where you can explore your own reconnection. I understand the courage it takes to feel again, to trust your body's wisdom, and to remember who you are beneath everything you're carrying. I'm walking this path alongside you.

  • Somatic Stress Release is a holistic system to enhance body awareness and increase capacity to complete biological stress responses. The intention is to restore and optimize your fundamental ability to adapt and navigate life with ease and agency. Clients learn how to enhance their capacity to identify internal responses to stressors, and mobilize that energy towards restoration and ease.

  • We offer MindBody coaching and somatic stress release services that create space for exploration and growth. These services do not replace, medical or mental health care.
